A 2 oz pouch of loose-leaf tea can yield approximately 20–45 servings, depending on the size of the leaves and how much tea is used per serving. We recommend using 1 teaspoon per every 8 oz of water and can adjust based on your taste preferences. Re-steep if you want to get the most out of the herbs. Drink 2-4 cups of this tea every day. Perfect temperature: 212F.

BREWING OPTIONS:
-DECOCTION: Put the herbs in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15–45 minutes.
-HOT INFUSION: Take 1 tablespoon in an infuser or tea press. Add 8 oz of hot water and steep for 5 minutes or more. It does not need sweeteners, but you can add natural sweeteners if you want.
-COLD INFUSION: Combine 16 oz of cold water and 2 tablespoons tea in a lidded jar. Place in the refrigerator or a cool place for at least 2 hours. 

Once you receive the teas, you may transfer into a glass container with lid and place away from heat/humidity for longer durability.
